At this time, all cleaning positions are part-time only, with a typical limit of 3-4 hours per night. We furnish all tools and supplies. We respect our employees and give them the training and ongoing support they need to make this a rewarding, dependable, and valuable source of extra income.

Basic Function:

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the client’s offices.

Responsibilities:

  • To be depended on to arrive at work at the prescribed time each day knowing very well that tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt client’s cleaning schedules.
  • Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment in accordance with the job you are performing.
  • Secure offices including keeping doors locked at all times and activating alarms.
  • Report any emergency maintenance problems to include leaks and other water fixture issues to the
    Team Leader immediately.
  • Report any safety or security violations to the Team Leader immediately.
  • Move couches, chairs, or other furniture as needed.
  • Report any broken items, accidents or injuries, or damage immediately to the Team Leader.
  • Perform various cleaning activities, to include cleaning bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, and including washing floors, dusting and vacuuming, kitchens, polishing, and other cleaning-related activities in accordance with instructions given by the Team Leader.
  • Drive to specific location when requested, in a clean and maintained vehicle.
  • Understand and adhere to safety procedures as established in the program handbook.
  • Attend and participate in meetings requested by the Team Leader, Manager, or Owner.
  • Learn the specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motion. Work smarter, not harder.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Leave premises in a safe manner.
  • Team members MUST pay attention to details. This one is beyond important and your first communication to us will show us whether or not this is a skill you have.

Experience:

Prior cleaning experience helpful

Certification/Licenses:

Must meet valid insurance underwriting requirements

Team Leader, Supervisor, Owner
